The former owners, renowned hotel entrepreneurs Tim and Kit Kemp, will no concentrate on their new property in Manhattan, the Crosby Street Hotel, scheduled to open in March 2009. As for The Pelham, reassuring initial reports suggest that little has so far changed.”
