    "This was a spectacular hotel with a gorgeous location.  So peaceful and serene.  The service was excellent, as was the room.  Being near Ubud was a highlight because we loved riding bikes to town, walking around and having some meals there.  We also loved the treks in the rice fields with a guide as well as the temple tours.  The food was really delicious at the hotel. One specific recommendation that I would have is to inform guests to Bali about the arrival and visa process.  When we arrived in Denpasar airport, there was a man who met us even before we reached the immigration lines.  He had a sign for us and started taking charge, which was very helpful indeed.  However, he asked us to stand by the side (not in the long lines) while he arranged the visas and the payments.  To do so, he needed cash and our passports.  We decided to trust him, gave him the cash and passports, and he disappeared into the crowds.  Luckily, everything was just fine but we had a few nervous moments.  I think it's worth mentioning to travelers just so they can feel more prepared.
