A sister property to the renowned Lodge at Kauri Cliffs, this lavish resort is set on a 6,000-acre ranch and is ideally located for those who want to play the sensational Cape Kidnappers golf course, as well as to explore the area’s numerous wineries. The resort’s 22 cottage suites come with extra-spacious baths equipped with separate showers, soaking tubs and heated towel racks. Private balconies provide spectacular 180-degree views. Gourmet cuisine is served in two dining rooms and on a covered loggia. Jacket for dinner. Amenities include a library, a wine-cellar tasting room, a 50-foot heated pool, a fitness center and a luxurious spa.
Rates
Greens fees, from $315 (NZ$385) per person per day; caddies, carts and Callaway rental clubs also available. Hilltop Suite for two, from $1,460; Ridge or Lodge Suite for two, from $1,950 (Two-night minimum stay may apply). Owner’s Cottage also available.
Standard Inclusions:
Rates include daily full breakfast served at the restaurant or in room, daily pre-dinner drinks and canapés, nightly gourmet dinner, non-alcoholic minibar, Wi-Fi and use of lodge facilities excluding golf and spa treatments.
