Historic and intimate property on Hebgen Lake near the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The lodge's guides are experts on the area’s blue-ribbon trout waters. The ranch hosts a maximum of 20 guests in Western cabins, many with woodstoves and private decks. Chef Bruno Georgeton offers gourmet Western cuisine. No children under age 12.

Rates

Guest Cabin for two, from $1,030 (all meals and open bar included; guided fly-fishing packages available).

Standard Inclusions:

Rates include all meals and beverages, transfers from West Yellowstone Airport, select ranch activities and staff gratuities. Packages including guided fly fishing trips also available (guide gratuity additional).

My husband and I recently returned, sadly, from an incredible stay at Firehole Ranch. This 640 acre ranch sits in the middle of fly fishing mecca – perfect proximity to the Madison, Yellowstone, and Firehole rivers, as well as the infamous “Henry’s Fork”. Nirvana for fisherman. The Ranch is right on beautiful Hebgen Lake and all cabins have a lovely view. This place is all about the fishing, but it’s also all about the people and service. Owner Lyndy Caine takes time with every guest and ensures that all feel welcome. Meals are communal, with lively conversation at all tables. They are also over-the-top- delicious, thanks to the artistry of Chefs Bruno and Kris Georgeton. This is really a special place. It’s beautiful, quiet and everyone there is anxious to make guests happy. The guides are knowledgeable, the fishing is good and the food rocks. We came home with many new friends that we look forward to keeping in touch with.
