Imposing hotel dating from 1904, in an elegant 1776 limestone building opposite the Grand Théâtre. Renovated by Parisian designer Jacques Garcia, its voluptuous interiors recall the original property’s glamour with décor evoking the era of Napoleon III. The 150 accommodations include 22 luxury suites. One exceptionally pretty and comfortable junior suite was generously sized and offered a cozy salon, three step-up teak balconies affording views across central Bordeaux, and a bath with a large soaking tub, separate shower and striking red-marble counter.
