Sophisticated and cozy, this 44-room (11 suites) hotel tucked off the Avenue Montaigne (renowned for its haute couture shops) retains the intimacy and comforts of the private 19th-century townhouse it once was. An elegant reception lobby contains a fireplace and a lovely spiral staircase. Colorful rooms feature fine fabrics, outstanding period furniture, crystal and carefully chosen art. Opt for the more spacious Prestige Rooms or suites, some with fireplaces and terrace views of Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tower; all have marble baths that provide tubs and separate showers, plus a selection of Hermès toiletries. Amenities include a romantic oak-paneled dining room in a library-like setting, plus a winter garden lounge.

San Regis is a great hotel. We received an AH upgrade and had a great room at a reasonable price. Lovely hotel and breakfast room, great service and fantastic location.

We have stayed in many hotels in Paris but the small charming San Regis is now our favorite.Our beautiful specifically requested room(from our 2011 stay) was ready for an early check in,the concierge had made all our dinner and touring reservations,the housekeeper had all of my room comfort requests such as extra blankets,towels,etc.
The newspaper arrived early in the morning and our continental breakfast was delivered
to the room at the exact requested time.Any additional requests were met with immediate service from the friendlyefficient staff.The manager sent champagne
for my husband's birthday.The quiet residental location is just steps from shopping on the Avenue Montaigne and rhe Champs Elysee. This is truly a gem of a hotel in Paris.

We are long time members. we use your recommendations where ever we travel.Have only been disappointed once (out of at least 50 hotels) and that was Weighly (?) in Mass. keswick hall needs another look also. we just spent 3 nights at the san Regis in Paris thru your action. we want to tell you how wonderful it was and how great the staff were. We arrived at six in the morning, our room was not ready and they sAw how tired we were so they gave us another room to use for a nap. It has been our experience that class always rises to the top and your properties always hit their mark.

After 3 nights at the San Regis, my husband and I could not have been more pleased with the everyone at the San Regis and their wonderful attentiveness and services. They were so helpful with any type of request and even those we hadn't thought of yet. It is truly an exceptional hotel in a wonderful location in the middle of everything but yet when within your suite so quiet and luxurious! We are anxious to return to Paris and the many offerings of the San Regis.

Stayed at the San Regis in November 2010 and could not have been happier.
Such a warm feeling, such friendly hosts, it felt like home. The location is perfect, central Paris and walking distance to champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe etc. and short cab ride to all major sites and landmarks. If you prefer smaller boutique/residential properties San Regis is for you- if you prefer a quiet side street to a city thoroughfare, San Regis is for you.
