This utterly charming 15-room B&B is just a short stroll from Santa Barbara’s many shops and restaurants. Set on an acre of beautifully maintained English-style gardens, Simpson House’s guest quarters are divided between the historic 1874 main house, the 1878 carriage house and three garden cottages. All are individually decorated with refined taste and style. In addition to the full breakfast in the morning, an evening buffet of hors d’oeuvres is also served with a range of local wines.

Standard Inclusions:
Rates include daily gourmet vegetarian breakfast served at the restaurant or in room, welcome refreshments, evening wine-tasting and Mediterranean hors d'oeuvres, an evening buffet of sweets, parking, use of bicycles and beach equipment, daily newspaper, Wi-Fi, and in-room mini fridge with water and soda.
