High-country sanctuary on a 5,000-foot ridge overlooking Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Fourteen distinctive guest quarters (no A/C) in the main building, individual cabins and adjacent annex, many outfitted with quilts, rock fireplaces, steam showers/whirlpool baths and scenic decks. Exposed beams, timber planking and assorted Appalachian crafts accent the central lodge’s cathedral lounge and elegantly rustic dining room. A broad porch provides glorious mountain views. Miles of woodland paths, plus the national park’s vast network of hiking trails. No alcohol sold on property; guests allowed to bring their own.

The Cabin or Terrace Suite, from $750; Two Story, from $785 (all meals and daily hors d’oeuvres included).
Standard Inclusions:
Rates include all meals and evening hors d'oeuvres, soft drinks, Wi-Fi, daily newspaper and parking.
