Grand resort hotel overlooking tranquil Castle Harbour. Gracious building echoes a British manor house, with high ceilings, marble floors, chandeliers, floral fabrics and a gracious staff. The 88 rooms and suites offer large bedrooms, marble baths, and generous terraces that overlook Harrington Sound or Castle Harbour. Some Deluxe Rooms have direct access to a pool (one of two) that overlooks the harbor. Villa accommodations, with one- and two-bedroom suites, are suitable for families. Excellent formal dining room, The Point, serves Italian-inflected cuisine (jacket required); casual Café offers a bistro menu. Spa, fitness center and full access to recreational facilities of the affiliated Tucker’s Point Club: tennis center, golf course and beautiful beach club with two pools and restaurants on one of Bermuda’s finest pink-sand beaches.

Just stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast and Pergola/Pool restaurants understaffed and servers could benefit from more training. Breakfast order took over an hour to arrive several days in a row and orders were incorrect. Restaurant was not full so it was definitely puzzling and a frustrating start to every morning given the price point of the food and lodging. Grounds and property are quite pretty but not unique. Staff is friendly and sweet but not always effective. Hesitate to recommend without qualifications unless you are an avid golfer looking to play 2 nice courses in the Carribean a short distance fom the East Coast.

Our stay at Tucker's Point & Bermuda was fabulous. Bermuda has finally recovered from years of lackluster service, average accommodations, and unreliable service at a high price. We thought Tucker's Point fabulous and the price was definitely commensurate with the service and quality of the hotel. We loved it and will probably go back next year!

just stayed at tuckers point for 5 days. The room and hotel site were beautiful. The restaurants served delicious food with great wait staff. However, supposedly the hotel has been sold from rosewood and I believe that has resulted in less than stellar service. When checking in; they could have done a better description of what is offered and how hotel works. It took 4 calls and twelve hours to get bath room door unlocked, two days of numerous calls to get new TV for bedroom and living room TV never was fixed. Golf Clubs were not transported as promised. The spa was beautiful but had no amenities..no shavers, combs etc. One guest was screaming to wait staff that the place was run like a camp. It was very hard to get pool service and the ants on the cabana beds were plentiful!!! However, the beauty of bermuda surpassed all.
