Our Review of Le Chalet Zannier:
Rustic but refined hideaway with a dozen bedrooms housed within three Alpine-style chalets on the outskirts of Megève. Stylish interiors, stripped of superfluous adornment, feature oak plank floors, rough stucco walls, linen curtains and subdued color schemes. One Junior Suite included a woodburning fireplace and an exemplary bath with a rough black slate floor, a long white tub in a black basalt surround, and a separate stall shower. A private balcony afforded a stunning view over Megève. Appealing dishes are offered in La Ferme de mon Père bistro-style restaurant; also attractive bar/lounge and a wellness center with indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and two treatment rooms. Open from December until April.
