Free Registration: Explorer Access

You can register free as an Explorer on AndrewHarper.com to receive immediate access to hotel reviews, online booking and hundreds of travel benefits from participating partners. Explorers also receive a monthly e-newsletter that includes travel tips and special offers meant to enhance travel. Explorers can access the Andrew Harper Travel Office, but for hotel bookings only. Assistance with more elaborate travel planning requires a planning fee that is then applied to any bookings.

Explorers can join Andrew Harper as a member and receive additional benefits exclusively reserved for members. To review the latest offerings, click here.

Properties first must receive Andrew Harper's distinguished recommendation after an anonymous stay from our editors. Once recommended, these hotels and travel partners can choose to offer additional benefits to our members if they wish.

You can search for these benefits on andrewharper.com, opt in to our special offer emails or review highlighted offerings in the quarterly Traveler magazine or in the annual Directory. You can participate in last-minute deals and weekly auctions as well.

From guaranteed upgrades to complimentary breakfasts and more, these benefits can offset the cost of your membership and certainly add to the comfort and enjoyment of your travels.

Simply visit any hotel page on our website and look for the “+” sign, designating hotels that offer additional benefits.

In addition, view the maps on our destination pages. Map points of hotels offering benefits also display the “+” sign.

You can sign up to receive our biweekly special offer email in your profile, search special offers by individual hotel or select “Offers” on the navigation bar to see all special offers, including last-minute deals and auctions.

This annual 300+ page travel-planning guide highlights a selection of member benefits from Harper-recommended hotels, resorts, yachts, villas, cruises and travel partners worldwide, and is only available to members.

Once recommended, hotels and travel partners can extend additional travel benefits to our readers. Whether a property offers additional benefits does not affect its recommended status.

If a property no longer attains the level of excellence required by Mr. Harper, it is dropped as a recommended hotel or partner.

Visit AndrewHarper.com and click on the “Log In” button on the top right corner of the homepage. Use the email associated with your Andrew Harper account as your username, and enter your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply hit the “Create or Reset password” link on the login page and enter your email address to have password reset instructions sent to you.

Once you have signed in, click on your initials, or hover over your initials and select “My Account” button, then click the “Change Password” button in the right column, and follow the directions.

From your account page, find “My Downloads” and click the green arrow next to “Hideaway Report.” This will expand a section that contains the last four issues of the Hideaway Report.

Yes. Log in, click on your initials in the upper right hand corner, and select “My Account.” If your account is under renewal, you will see a renewal link on your profile. Simply click the link to complete your order.

There are no additional charges for the use of our services, with the exception of airline ticketing fees. For an intricate domestic or foreign trip, there may be additional planning fees.
